12 Hours Difference

12 Hours Difference is a photoblog.  12 Hours Difference is not a photography blog.  The pictures come from our everyday lives in Taipei Taiwan and Bloomington Indiana.  The content is limited only by the fact that each and every post must include a photo.

One key aspect of this blog is the idea of mutual accountability.  We have seen travel-blogs, photo-blogs, even day to day journals fail online because the author looses interest.  It is our hope that we will be able to keep each other actively posting on 12 Hours Difference.    However, this will sill be difficult for both of us.  Lisa, in Taipei, will face the challenge of sorting through many interesting photos and choosing the right ones.  John, in the Midwestern city of Bloomington Indiana, will rely more on actively searching out photos to take and topics to post about.

We intend to post about many different topics, but you can expect food and traveling to play important roles.  The archives are designed to allow readers to narrow down images based on author, subject, and date.  We encourage you to look through the pictures we have taken in the past.
